 At PlushnPeaceful, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after your payment is confirmed.
  • Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
  • Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and delivered within 2-7 business days within the U.S. via our trusted shipping partners. PLEASE NOTE EXACT SHIPPING TIME MAY VARY DUE EVENTS LIKE THE WEATHER OR THE DISTANCE OF YOUR DESTINATION FROM OUR CURRENT LOCATION IN NEW YORK.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way!
  • For all international order, the processing time still remains the same. However, the shipping time will differ and please be aware of ANY potential custom duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country upon package. Any such charges will be collected by your local postal service or customs office upon delivery. We do our best to accommodate in these situations. You may contact us for more information, before placing an order.

    For shipping, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, all claims must be made with the shipping carrier. USPS & UPS insures some lost or damaged packages. If your tracking information says it was delivered you can open an insurance claim by calling USPS at (800) 275-8777 or UPS at (800) 742-5877.

Please keep in mind, you will not receive any updates on your order while it's being processed. After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.

After an order is in the hands of USPS or UPS or any other delivery company your order is being shipped with, we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.
  

Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If package is return, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
